Terms of Service

1. Use of the service

You may use FiyiFit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or performance of the service.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify us immediately.

3. Community guidelines and user content

FiyiFit includes gym community chats where members can post messages and images (“user content”). You are solely responsible for the user content you share. By using community features you agree not to post or share content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening or hateful towards any person or group;
• contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence;
• promotes illegal activity, self-harm, or the sale of age-restricted products;
• is spam, a scam, or an unauthorised commercial solicitation; or
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

Reporting and blocking. Every community message can be reported or its sender blocked from within the app (press and hold a message, then choose Report member or Block). Blocking a member hides their messages from you across the app, and you can manage your blocked list from the community screen.

Moderation. Gym administrators and staff review reported content and may remove messages or remove a member from a community. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these guidelines, with or without notice. We aim to review reports promptly, normally within 24–48 hours. You can also report content by emailing support@kuriolabsltd.com.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Any subscription or paid service is subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. FiyiFit reserves the right to change pricing or features with appropriate notice.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through FiyiFit remain the property of FiyiFit or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

FiyiFit is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
